The Magic of the French Open

Roland Garros is the only Grand Slam tournament played on clay—the iconic red terre battue that makes every rally longer, every match more physical, and every champion special. Located in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, the tournament combines world-class tennis with unmistakable French elegance. The two weeks in late May and early June are a celebration of sports, gastronomy, and Parisian culture.

Which court should you choose?

Philippe-Chatrier Court

Centre Court, with 15,000 seats and a retractable roof. This is where the biggest matches and all the finals are held. The atmosphere during the final is indescribable.

Suzanne-Lenglen Court

The second-largest court, with 10,000 seats. This is where the top seeds play in the early rounds—often the best matches of the tournament.

Simonne-Mathieu Court

The newest court, featuring a botanical garden design. An intimate atmosphere with 5,000 seats—an architectural highlight.

Ground Pass

Access to all outdoor courts—perfect for the first week if you want to watch lots of matches and explore the grounds.

When is it?

Week 1 (Rounds 1–3)

More matches per day, more affordable, more relaxed. Perfect for first-time visitors.

Week 2 (Quarterfinals and beyond)

The energy is even higher, and the stars are still here. The night sessions, in particular, are electric.
