Here you'll find answers to the most important questions about your booking with Tickwell Travel.
Has the event date been confirmed?
The league schedules are set at the start of the season. The exact match dates (day of the week and kickoff time) will be finalized later depending on the country or league and are subject to change. Until the final schedule is released, please use the following guidelines when planning your trip:

• Germany: approximately 6–8 weeks in advance
• England: about 6–8 weeks in advance
• Italy: about 2 weeks in advance
• Spain: about 2 weeks in advance
• France: about 3–4 weeks in advance
• Netherlands: approximately 4 months in advance

Cup finals and European Cup match days, among other events, are usually scheduled in advance.

Please always check the final date on the official website of the host club or the respective league. Last-minute changes are possible.

For concerts and other sporting events, the dates are usually already confirmed. However, please check the start time with the respective organizer.
How and when will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will typically be sent to you via email as e-tickets or mobile tickets 1–3 days before the event.

As a certified reseller and sub-agency of an official event organizer, we are bound by their availability schedule—which is usually just a few days before the event.

We are working to send you the tickets as soon as possible; depending on approval, they may be delivered earlier.

Tip: Please also check your spam folder and make sure the email address you provided when booking is up to date.
Where will we be seated at the event?
The seat section is shown in the ticket details; the area marked in orange indicates where your seats are located.

If this section is unavailable at short notice, you will be upgraded to equivalent or better seats at no additional cost.

Sitting side by side – here’s how:
The number of adjacent seats depends on the specific event and the number of seats available.

• For multiple bookings, we will assign seats next to each other or close to each other whenever possible.
• You can check availability in the ticket details for the category you selected.
• For group travel, we’re happy to assist you personally: just send us an email or give us a call, and we’ll check seat availability and coordinate group requests so everyone can sit together.

What happens if the event is postponed or canceled?
Event postponed – here's how we can help you:
• Your tickets remain valid for the new date—you don’t need to do anything.
• For hotels booked through us, we will arrange for the reservation to be rescheduled to the new date.
• Our team will contact you, confirm your preferences (e.g., arrival and departure dates), and confirm the updated reservation.

Event Cancelled – Your Safety:
• If the event is canceled without a rescheduled date, your tickets will be automatically canceled.
• You will then receive a refund.
